Cooking with local produce

The Hotel Sayonara is justly proud of its comfortable, air-conditioned restaurant. A warm welcome awaits our guests, to guide them through an experience of the finest foods and wines.

Our Chef Francesco Zarroli serves up exquisite traditional, local dishes, his expertise subtly combining a fine selection of choices on the menu. Simple yet at the same time unique recipes, ranging from fish caught locally in the true seafaring tradition of San Benedetto, to local farm products from the fields of the Piceno region.

All accompanied by an excellent buffet with vegetable starters for lunch and dinner.

A selection of locally produced food and wine, to provide our guests with an insight into our local heritage.

Another original feature of our hotel is the “buffet” breakfast, offering a wide range of home-made cakes every day, true to local tradition, savouries and Illy espresso coffee and cappuccino at no extra charge.

Particular care is taken in catering for children, with menus specially created for them. Selected menus are also available for people suffering from food allergies or coeliac disease.
